Terms & Conditions

By engaging Sandeep Media Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide creative, marketing and technology services as outlined in the individual proposal or Statement of Work agreed with you.

2. Fees & payment

Fees are outlined in each proposal. Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable within 15 days.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals and materials.
• Ensure all supplied assets are legally cleared for use.
• Nominate a single point of contact.

4. Intellectual property

All final deliverables become the property of the client on full payment. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio and marketing.

5. Revisions

Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional rounds are billed at our standard rate.

6. Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Mumbai.
